Certain poses are getting slightly easier so I guess that means I’m improving! And yes, my cat was doing yoga with me!!
Sorry I didn’t get to blog yesterday. Yesterday was yoga for P90X day 4. You may think…wtf is yoga doing in P90X?!?! Well let me tell ya, this want your typical hippie dippy yoga. This was some @$$ kicking yoga! I sweat more in this workout than I have in any of the others. But by the end, we moved onto the more traditional yoga and really made me just wanna go to bed hahaha but all in all, it’s my fave so far! Btw….I’ve been doing really well with my diet. I have been sticking to my meal plan for the week and I have noticed a huge difference in my weight and how I feel. Create a meal plan and stick to it and you will see awesome results…it’s called the “not eating crap” diet hahaha.
